I'm an engineering leader with two decades building and scaling software organizations — most recently four-plus years leading production generative AI at Amazon in Berlin: agentic systems, voice agents, and the multi-tenant inference platforms underneath them.

I stay close to the code while setting technical direction — architecting the systems and leading the teams that ship them. Most of my work converges on one problem: making production AI economically viable at scale, and keeping it reliable as agentic patterns mature.
